You'll feel pressured (and perhaps even expected) to overwork yourself. Epic has been aggressive on their back-to-campus plan, even before the vaccine even existed, and just had an event with thousands of guests without providing a virtual option. You'll be told over and over again that you can customize your job opportunities. What they really mean is that you can take on side passion projects while maintaining the same amount of work for your main job title.
