Good salary considering liberal arts degree. If you have a good TL and/or Tcap, it can make your experience nice. Otherwise, it will be hell.
Nice coworkers.
Cafeterias on campus.
Don't get paid as much as other roles.
Have to do menial work as a QM, not intellectually stimulating.
Can be micromanaged or voluntold to do things.
There are lots of people who drink the "kool aid" and can be competitive.
Hard to achieve work/life balance.
I don't enjoy documentation.
If you take this position, you will be doing a lot of things no one else wants to do and have more job responsibilities than listed in the job description.
Please allow work from home. I see many people leaving because of it, even though they love Epic.
