Benefits are second to none, and pay is alright.
Management is completely disconnected from the day-to-day and is constantly imposing new rules and requirements that make little sense without explanation or assistance while adjusting. There is almost zero tolerance for doing work from home, less tolerant of it than pre-COVID.

You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for the QM role. The interview includes a presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM, but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.
