Great benefits, terrible environment
Benefits are top-notch.
In-house culinary is very good.
Campus is cool.
People skew younger and are generally very nice.
Constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. Everyone is overworked. Senior management is clearly detached from the realities of grunt work and does not trust employees at all.
Take better care of your employees mentally and place some trust in them. Things can be a bit authoritarian sometimes.
