Gain a lot of experience out of college and learn how to create healthy boundaries.
Lots of overtime work without pay, and depending on the application you are on, it can be extremely difficult. QM overall gets the short end of the stick and has absorbed responsibilities of IS and Tech Comm (which basically no longer exists) without a pay bump.
