Decent starter job. Livable pay.
- High expectations without compensation.
- Either it’s a fit or it’s not (based on what colleagues have said).
- Hard to actually climb the ladder long term.
Reduce expectations, become more holistic, and really provide a space for people to be honest without fear of retaliation. (For example, don't have every community survey without an anonymous option because there's huge pressure to lie). Perhaps people wouldn't come and go like it's a college.
