Personally, I hate it
The people that I work with are great, and the money is really great. They have a full culinary staff that cook incredible lunches for good prices.
- Absolutely no work/life balance. They will burn you out.
- Job satisfaction is heavily based on what team you get assigned to, and if customer-facing, what customers you are assigned to. It's solely the luck of the draw.
