The only pro is that it is pretty good pay right out of college, and you don't have a uniform.
Epic is not interested in people who just want a job. They will try everything to wring as much time/effort out of you as possible. You will be punished for just working 40 hours a week, even though those are the hours you are paid for. Terrible COVID policy.
