Leadership and management are culty, gullible, impressionable young people with no experience who actually believe this place is elite and special, but it's actually very mediocre.
Be open to feedback. People who suggest improvements are not sacrilegious.
Stop with the phony scripted panel "discussions" every staff meeting. Try being a little more authentic and honest.
To the CEO: reviewing your employees' grammar mistakes every month in front of 15,000 people is insane, reeks of insecurity and insanity.
