It was a good first job
It was a great first job out of college. Finding bugs was fun. They have people to help you and nurture your growth there. Continual learning is encouraged. Food was good, as well as the cafes on campus. Tons of small benefits.
Work-life balance was rough at times.
Upper management is very against work from home.
Varies by application, TL, and TC, if you will enjoy it.
Day to day can get repetitive.
Advancement there is basically you keep adding on new responsibilities to your job.
