Always some new kind of art entering the workplace. A great motivation to work, since you know that your work can directly influence a patient's care. Interesting projects.
Still using VB.
Orientation wasn't very practical for interns, though it does provide a good crash course for new employees. (Part of this orientation requirement might be changing in the future.)
Move away from VB.

I had to take a lot of tests and had a phone interview where I talked about my past projects. The tests were hours long and took a long time.
