Pros
  • Culinary is great.
  • Pay is getting more competitive with other bigger tech.
  • Mentors can be super helpful.
  • There's a decent amount of training to get you up to speed if you need it, and you're paid well while doing it.
  • Really good long-term benefits.
  • You can see genuine feedback and outcomes for customers.
Cons
  • a bit "culty"
  • Work from home is more flexible, but it could still be improved.
  • There's only one campus in WI, and frankly, not many people from around the country dream of living in WI for the rest of their lives.
  • There's a limited number of programming languages across teams and apps.
  • If you aren't super passionate about healthcare, a lot of the internal propaganda gets old fast.

(There is definitely a lot of variability based on team and app.)
