Good coworkers, good food, hard work
Good food, the nicest and most helpful people you will ever have at a job, hard but rewarding work, a beautiful campus, and Madison is a very nice place to live.
The work is hard and pretty stressful. If you are an SD, Epic can be a nice place to work. The caveat is that your team, and most importantly your TL, is completely luck-based. If you aren’t an SD, or your TL sucks, Epic can be awful.
