Great company to work for if single
You're around talented people everywhere. The food at Epic is amazing. Salaries and benefits are better than a lot of companies in the Midwest. Beautiful campus (if you ever have time to see it).
Stressful at times, with long hours if you don't know how to delegate or ask for help. The team lead hierarchy is stupid, and feedback is counterproductive.
Everyone has a huge workload and is under a lot of stress. Recognize that and respect your team members more often.
