- Individual offices let you focus.
- Good first job. Would not stay longer than a year or two as a software developer.
- Work can be boring and repetitive. Migrating your first activity to the web is fun... then you realize you have to do it every day for 100 more activities.
- Epic is very similar to a factory. Every employee is expendable. If you quit or get burnt out, they will just find someone else to replace you.
- Everyone is too formal and professional. Don't expect your teammates to be your friends.
