Benefits are so-so
You get to work with young, energetic, smart people. You get your own office, and the food is great. Compensation is great as well, considering how inexpensive life in Madison is.
Not a lot of paid time off. They boast their benefits, but they really aren't anything special. Many people end up working very long hours.
