- Able to give lots of input on design early on.
- You can jump right into large, impactful projects (for better or worse).
- Coworkers are nice.
There is always so much to do. Unless you’re good at setting boundaries and expectations, you might be working a lot. (But at least you’re rewarded pretty generously for it.)
