- Unmanaged code, lack of robust testing tools. Debugging is extremely annoying.
- Minimal emphasis on coding standards. Most of the teams use VB and M cache.
- Your team lead is like your dad; you have to report everything.
Before it's too late, convert your codebase to a robust programming language like Java or C#.
