Generally, there is a feeling of goodwill among coworkers. The campus looks nice, too.
I always felt micromanaged. You have to log what you do every day down to the nearest quarter-hour. This not only means that you have to figure out how much time you worked on each of the dozen things you do in a day, but your boss also berates you if you take a little longer than he or she expects. His or her expectations always seem to be too high, since they are based on how long it would take him or her to do it.
Also, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of career opportunities. The languages used by this company are hardly used by anyone else.
