The pay and benefits are great. It's really easy to make friends if you're a new grad.
There's a great professional environment that challenges you and can help you grow initially.
The tech stack is a little niche. The work is demanding, and those expectations continuously increase over time. As a result, Epic has a very high turnover rate. It's not for everyone when it comes to long-term growth and settling down.
