Fun and exciting projects. Lots of different things to work on. A good mix of challenging projects and things that just need to be done. If you express an interest in a certain type of work, there's a good chance you get to work on that.
Flexible, laid-back working environment. Great working environment and a great new campus; everybody gets their own offices if possible. Very competitive salary and great benefits.
I love it here, so I have a hard time coming up with downsides. Maybe the job can suck you in too much though if you let it; I've seen people get burned out. Oh wait, here's a downside: winter in Wisconsin.
I like how management does recognize bad situations and genuinely makes an attempt to improve them.
I also really like how people get rewarded and/or promoted based on ability. Managers (especially senior managers) here aren't in their position because they've been here 20 years or because they have some degree in management. (And no, I'm not in management.)

I had to take a lot of tests and had a phone interview where I talked about my past projects. The tests were hours long and took a long time.
30-minute phone screen, then an OA around 4 hours long. The OA had mental math, but also a few LeetCode-type problems. They were not very difficult if you studied common patterns and implementation.
