Bad tooling. You will work with Visual Basic even if they tell you that you will not. Stay away unless you only care about money.
Even if you get to work with C#, the tech stack is not transferable to other jobs. They do not care about their employees. You are just a number/human capital to them.
Barely any vacation. No work/life balance.
