High bar for quality. You really have to develop a complete understanding of the fix you are making. Resolving issues on your development and designs can be stressful, but it ultimately leads to a better product.
Accounting never reimburses in a timely manner. Accounting also doesn't tell you when you have been reimbursed.
Upper management can feel out of touch at times.
