The company is working on some interesting stuff, and they have a lot of resources at their disposal. The food is good, and people are generally very nice. Madison is a nice town, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Though they are moving towards modernizing, a lot of what they use is a bit outdated (Subversion, Visual Basic). I would expect this to not apply anymore in about a year, with the exception of M, the language they use for their database.
Your experience will vary widely with your Team Leader, and there isn't really anything you can do about who you get initially as far as I know, though you can switch later if you want (but not many apparently do).
I said Madison is a nice town, but the campus is on the outskirts of town in Verona, which leaves you with a choice: live close to work, or live close to the things that make Madison interesting. I ended up choosing to live close to work and eventually found that I missed a lot of the aspects of city life.
Additionally, the work-from-home policy and attitude towards COVID is in stark contrast to a lot of other tech companies -- no plans for any sort of hybrid and very loose with their mask policies, etc.

30-minute phone screen, then an OA around 4 hours long. The OA had mental math, but also a few LeetCode-type problems. They were not very difficult if you studied common patterns and implementation.
