Expect to get burnt out
The food and campus are both amazing. As far as I can tell, Epic makes a better product than its competitors.
Work-life balance is tough here. It really varies by your team, role, and boss, but expect to feel lots of pressure. Many of the managers are inexperienced and unqualified. The new web framework is very frustrating to work with.
The web transition is not going to get done on time, so stop making deadlines so aggressive in an attempt to make that deadline.
