Being an Epic Developer is pretty sweet
Good pay, smart co-workers, lots of autonomy as a developer, great cafeteria, exciting company growth.
Legacy codebase in VB6 (the M code is not bad). Some roles [implementers] get pushed really hard, and there are some incompetent people in positions of power.
Usability [not just functional] testing on every level. Interview the implementers – they have the most important experience but are often neglected.
