Teach you about database design and NoSQL databases.

Epic has high standards for most roles. Your peers there are all going to be pretty smart.
You get your own office.
There's still a lot of legacy code. Still on VB. They're supposed to be off of it by 2022. Can have a terrible work/life balance if you get a bad TL. You can only carry over 8 days of vacation per year. The work is a little boring.
I think some smaller benefits could go a long way, such as working from home.
You hire good developers, and they are going to be hunted by companies that have better benefits and more interesting products.
Get creative with what you offer. Find something you can offer that other companies won't or can't.
Also, I think you need to find a way to get older developers working for you. You really only hire people out of college. I think it could benefit the company to find developers already in the field and hire them.
I had to take a lot of tests and had a phone interview where I talked about my past projects. The tests were hours long and took a long time.
30-minute phone screen, then an OA around 4 hours long. The OA had mental math, but also a few LeetCode-type problems. They were not very difficult if you studied common patterns and implementation.
