Pay was good. Beautiful campus. Had my own office.
I was constantly micromanaged.
My performance reviews were great until suddenly they were poor with little explanation.
Transparency is non-existent.
You will feel like a cog in the machine.
Epic has an irrational dislike of allowing anyone to work from home.
Stop treating your employees like children.
