I've worked at Epic for 4 years now. I love it. They have treated me well; they let me switch roles to a role I preferred. My favorite perk is the food :)
I'm not sure I'd like Epic as much if I was one of the traveling roles, because that would be hard on my family.
That said, as a developer, I love it.

I had to take a lot of tests and had a phone interview where I talked about my past projects. The tests were hours long and took a long time.
