Good place to start a career, bad place to stay
- Stable employment
- Good benefits
- Good starting pay
- Management is not open to feedback.
- Homegrown systems are worse than pretty much any available alternative.
- Salary growth does not keep up with the rest of the industry if you have transferable skills.
- Lip service is paid to initiatives, but this is not backed up by leadership support.
- Everything is cobbled together by a few clever people who figured out a passable way to do things. I learned better practices interviewing other places than I learned in almost a decade at Epic.
