Madison in general is a quiet and comfortable town.
If your team is interesting, then you will have a great time.
There is a lot of push to move to C# in the coming years.
Work is not very challenging if you do not get good projects. The path to leadership and career advancement is not very transparent.
Can provide more venues for fun events among employees.
