This company and its hiring process are totally unprofessional and a waste of time, especially for senior positions.
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, pursuing me for an Engineering Manager position, considering my extensive experience and track record.
After speaking with me, they wanted me to block my calendar for an interview with the CISO. Following this, there was no communication. When I later reached out to the recruiter, they stated that the company discussed it internally and decided not to move forward with me.
I am glad I did not waste more time with this company.
