Applied online and received an email from an internal recruiter a week or so later. They set up a phone call with another Engineering Manager. Seemed to have a nice 45-minute call with her. Never heard back from anyone, ever.

Pros: Pretty flexible company that doesn’t make you work to the bone. Great people to work with in the office. The facilities team does an amazing job.
Cons: Lack of company growth has destroyed the amazing appeal of Etsy's culture. Post-layoffs, working on “quick to make a dollar” projects has not paid off. Company orgs are flat, and promotions are a dream rather than a reality. Nepotism is incredibly prevalent.
