Engineering Manager Interview Experience - San Francisco, California
Process
I applied online, and a phone screen was scheduled with the office director. This was followed by a technical phone screen with an engineer from the team.
On site, after a tour of the well-located office (in FiDi), I had four interviews. The engineering interviews involved two engineers; the rest were one-on-one sessions with product managers and engineering managers. Two of the interviews were conducted via video chat.
There was a lunch break where I enjoyed lunch with the office team in the kitchen.
