Pros: Since the company is a digital product, the engineering culture is really on point. The collaboration between teams is truly admirable. Generally speaking, managers actually care about your career.
Cons: When there's a high dependency on other teams, it becomes virtually impossible to ship things fast. Also, salary is not as competitive as with other companies this big.

Pros: Salary is highly competitive when compared to other companies in the IT industry. Gatherings are held several times a year. I have visited the Brooklyn headquarters three times in less than a year. Pantry coupons, dental and medical insurance, and the list goes on.
Cons: None that I can think of as of now.
