Process
On September 11th, the recruiter scheduled me an interview for September 14th at 12:00 PM. However, I did not receive any call that day until 6:00 PM. Another recruiter then sent me an email to reschedule the interview for September 20th at 4:00 PM.
Again, I did not receive any call from Etsy on September 20th. It seems this company does not value its engineers.
BTW, the recruiter was strange. While the second recruiter was emailing to reschedule, they asked when I was available during the weekday. I told them I was available on Monday and Friday around 2:00 PM that week. In the end, the recruiter scheduled me for an interview on Thursday at 4:00 PM.
