I applied through a referral and received a coding challenge from a recruiter about two weeks later. Another week later, a different recruiter reached out and asked for a phone screen. That was scheduled for the following week.

On the day of the phone screen, the recruiter sent an email after the interview was supposed to start, to reschedule to the next day. The same situation happened the next day, except I had waited 15 minutes of the 20-minute call. He sent another email saying to push it to the next day again, even though I had said I was unavailable. He ignored the email and called anyway.

He was rude throughout the entire call and cut me off after each sentence, as if he was in a rush to get it over with. An hour later, I received a rejection email. Very disappointed in Etsy.
