Process
Very unprofessional recruiters who don't have the decency to send a follow-up rejection email or reply to follow-up emails. They'll respond to you promptly prior to the interview, but if you don't pass an interview round, they'll completely ghost you. I had to figure out the hard way that I wasn't moving along the interview process, when I thought I did fairly well in the technical screen.
