I applied online with a cover letter but no referrals.
I received a HackerRank coding challenge, which involved debugging a web application. I finished with lots of time left and included numerous comments in my code.
A couple of weeks later, I was invited for an onsite interview at their Brooklyn HQ. I interviewed with a manager and an engineer, and I also had the chance to meet and talk with my recruiter. Their office was very cool, and everyone was friendly.
Within a couple of business days, I received an offer!
