A dwindling tolerance at the senior leadership level for challenging authority and an increasing appetite for top-down decision making. Tons of fraud and trust/safety concerns due to all of the scammer sellers. Dissonance between values and actions from leadership. Years of poor business decisions by the executive team resulting in a lack of core growth and layoffs (both hidden and public).
