My experience with engineer managers at Etsy has been superior to my previous jobs. Their preparation is evident, a real interest in growing your career, and giving you valuable feedback. The benefits are superior to the legal minimum, and the salaries are very competitive. There are paid trips for everyone to the CDMX and New York offices, without a minimum seniority or tenure requirement.
None, really. I'd just like to mention that there are no offices in Guadalajara, so we don't have some benefits that are available in CDMX.
Such as free breakfast and lunch, or weekly events. Still, from time to time there are in-person events in Guadalajara.
