Etsy is focused on delivering new experiences, improvements, and fixes quickly and easily. I feel this gives me the freedom to organize myself: my work, meetings, lunch, and break times. I also have the opportunity to feel the product as my own, since I am fully responsible for planning and launching the deliverables.

When I say you own it, I mean it. You have to watch the metrics dashboard with attention, considering latency and possible errors, and act quickly if needed. Of course, all people here are really open to helping you.
