Since the company is a digital product, the engineering culture is really on point. The collaboration between teams is truly admirable. Generally speaking, managers actually care about your career.
When there's a high dependency on other teams, it becomes virtually impossible to ship things fast. Also, salary is not as competitive as with other companies this big.
The last change from upper management was meant to increase trust. I think these sorts of changes are pointing in the right direction.
