Good working environment
- Remote work; teams can be spread across the United States and Mexico.
- They encourage taking the day off to rest if you feel unwell, instead of trying to be productive.
- There is always someone available to help you if you lack context or knowledge about something.
The experience in the company, in general, depends on the team and the managers. I have seen that most are very good, but there are indeed cases of teams with terrible managers, which could somewhat ruin the atmosphere.
