Process
The first round was with a recruiter who had a hard time reading the company description from a document.
The second round was with a hiring manager who asked me questions about my previous experience. I think they did not like my previous experience and the projects I worked on. It also consisted of a relatively easy coding exercise which I completed.
EvenUp did not get back to me for a week. After I prodded my recruiter (who introduced me to the company) they sent me an automated rejection email that told me nothing.
