Senior Operations & Traffic Analyst Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
After a month of interviewing with five people and having great conversations, the sixth person never showed up due to a family emergency.
After rescheduling twice, I decided to back out. The recruiter was not communicative and not clear with scheduling. They would often "get back" to me on an issue that arose Thursday, on the following Monday.
The kicker is that this sixth interviewer was going through a devastating family emergency. I would hope that in such a circumstance, a substitute could be found for this interviewer, or a decision could be made based on the five previous interviews.
I've never had so much time wasted on an interview process. It's really unfortunate because the first five conversations were great.
