Process
The initial phone interview included online collaborative testing.
Testing focused on programming problems, mainly based on hashmaps, arrays, and looping.
The interviewer was friendly and considerate, although I do not think they were actually a software engineer.
The collaborative interview lasted 45 to 60 minutes.
There was very little discussion about the job's responsibilities.
