I talked to the recruiter at the on-campus career fair and got an on-campus interview the second day. The total interview length was 30 minutes.

First, they asked a few concept questions: data overload and override.

Then, I had to write several basic code snippets, focusing on minimum runtime.

Pros: Great culture to work in, with good opportunities to move across the company. Great location in London.

Cons: Communication can be complicated at times, due to the size of the organisation. No other cons I can think of.

Pros: Good management, depending on the org though. Decent amount of smart people to work with. Good software development process. Good work-life balance.

Cons: Non-competitive pay, especially for those fresh out of college. Travel reimbursement benefits don't reflect that it's the largest online travel agency. Large legacy system and some stakeholders' reluctance to move away from it just because it works. Old technology stack.

Cons: - Not so easy to change groups; different groups act independently. - Re-orgs/Manager changes.
