Process
The process began with a call from HR to discuss some resume points. This served as an initial screening phase.
Next, I was scheduled for a 2-on-1 panel interview with two lead developers. The questions ranged from basic front-end development concepts to identifying bugs in code. I was also asked to describe the basic database architecture for a car dealership.
The second interview was with the VP of the department and was more of a behavioral interview to assess cultural fit.
