This was the most impressive process. From start to offer, it took about two weeks.

I had informational discussions with the hiring director, which resulted in a phone screen. Nothing too difficult. They asked situational and typical "bar raiser" type questions.

After that, the next week I came in for a loop. The whole process was well explained. I had a 5-hour loop with different directors, managers, and an architect.

I didn't find it difficult. I talked a lot and white-boarded a lot, but it was all fun. It felt like a great environment where we were bouncing ideas.

There were a lot of situational questions and some high-level design/architecture questions. Once an idea was proposed, it was challenged with increasing difficulty/complexity, and so on.
